海角社区 is proud to announce the successful completion of the 2024鈥2025 Leadership Academy, a dynamic nine-month program designed to empower current and future leaders across the central Upper Peninsula. Seventeen professionals completed the program this year, marking the seventh year of 海角社区鈥檚 commitment to developing leaders who drive positive change in their organizations and the broader community.
While many businesses offer in-house leadership training, Bay鈥檚 program offers cross-industry collaboration, allowing participants to learn from others outside their fields, fostering broader perspectives and innovative thinking.
